FAQ for Ashley Park Santa
The $20 appointment fee is applied to your purchase.
You may reschedule your appointment, but appointments are non refundable.
Scheduling an appointment makes everyones visit with Santa more relaxing and enjoyable. So please book an appointment if possible
Limited walk-ins will be available. Visits without an appointment will not be guaranteed and may need to wait. Book early! Last year the last few days were “sold-out”
“Selfie-spots” and children’s coloring activities will be available, as well as materials for children to write and mail a letter to Santa!
Pets are allowed, but can not sit on Santa’s lap. They must be with their owners or on the floor next to Santa.
Appointment is per nuclear family (parents & their children) If you would like to have photos with extended family please book back to back appointments.
Pack your patience. We work hard to stay on schedule, but sometimes we have little ones who need a little extra time to warm up to Santa!
If we are unable to get a photo that is acceptable we can refund you or work you in at a later time.
Absolutely no photography on Santa’s Set.
No exceptions.
Santa will be at Ashley Park throughout the 2024 season spreading holiday magic and taking photos in a spacious, Santa’s Workshop-inspired storefront for festive photos to cherish for a lifetime.

Santa at Ashley Park is accepting reservation appointments now! There will be LIMITED walk-up appointments each day, depending on crowds.

We will also be offering Christmas Card Sessions that will include Family/Couple photos and Christmas Card. (10-25 or 50)

If the date you are looking for an appointment is faded out,
the appointments are SOLD OUT for that day.
You can check back occasionally to see if someone cancels, or you can try to walk-in. Walk-ins will be put on a waiting list and worked in between appointments. Please be prepared to be patient if you walk-in to see Santa, wait times could be upto or exceed 45 minutes.
We do not accept walk in appointments Dec. 23rd.
